Care & Use Guide

Always keep your soap in an appropriate soap dish that allows for drainage. Once you're finished using it, the more you're able to avoid having it sit in a puddle of water, the better!

That means if your soap dish is too close to the shower stream, it can minimize the life of your product, too. Just make sure to store your soap in a place that is not in constant contact with water.

Some of our clients prefer using a natural soap "bag" that allows it to drain easily, too. Either method you choose, the better you care for your natural product, the longer it will last.

Shipping & Return policy

Payment for orders must be verified & processed in full before orders will be shipped.

Shipping
Currently, you’re entitled to free shipping on all orders totaling $50 or more.  Our “Subscribe & Save” program with our bar soaps is also offered with free shipping as well.  All other orders will include typical shipping/freight fees.  All shipments are FOB Hudson, Ohio. Orders are processed immediately and sent to fulfillment. Shipping is generally within 72 hours.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We will always ship to the address you provided. If there is a specific address other than provided, you would prefer me to ship to please let me know at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.  It is your responsibility to ensure that all your order information is correct before submitting the order.

Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?
Check your spam box. You should receive an email from us, confirming your order & then another email notifying you when your order is shipping. If you have any questions regarding your order, check your profile on our website, and review order status. For other questions about an order you placed, email us at info@SBUskincare.com.

When will my order be shipped?
We process, pack, and ship orders twice weekly.  It’s estimated that our clients typically see a delivery time of as much as a week after processing, but this time can vary, of course, depending on several factors, many of which are out of our control.  If you would like to see if we can somehow expedite your shipment for quicker delivery, email us at info@SBUskincare.com BEFORE you place the order online.

Do you ship on the weekends?
As we only currently ship twice weekly, placing an order on Saturday or Sunday means that your order will be processed, packed, and sent on the first ship day of the following week.  When trying to plan for a specific delivery’s arrival, don’t count the weekends in your counting!

Will you ship to International Locations?
We currently only ship products to the addresses in the continental United States.

Will you ship to Alaska/Hawaii?
We currently only offer shipping to the 48 continental states.

This is my second favorite soap.

My 2 favorite bars that SBU skincare sells is the black serenity bar and this one, the oatmeal, milk & honey bar. This one smells great and helps repair my dry irritated skin.

SBU really knows what there doing.

I've seen a few exfoliating bars on the internet and at big department stores. I tried a few off-brand bars and they were crap. I was very hesitate to try a exfoliating bar again but this soap from SBU Skincare made a huge difference. First off, the smell of oats and honey many me smell better plus it felt more natural too. It didn't feel rough like sandpaper like that cheap stuff I bough. SBU really knows what there doing.

Helped my dry skin.

I have dry skin and I needed some natural soaps so I wouldn't break out. I bought some products from SBU. A scrub and this Oats, Milk, and Honey soap. It has all natural ingredients for my sensitive skin and it smelled good too. I can't wait to try more stuff from SBU Skincare.

Try something different!

I'm a big fan of the outdoors. I love the woods. I love the smell of leaves, fresh cut grass and pumpkins. However...I also know it's also nice to try new things every once in a while. This Oat, Milk, and Honey bar has a rich creamy lather, it helps with my dry skin (I get a lot of that since I love the outdoors) and it smells good too. I might be someone who loves the outdoors but this bar made me a believer in to always try something new.

Another amazing product from SBU!

I tried a few soaps from SBU already. I liked them so I wanted to try some more. This Oatmeal, Milk & Honey bar is amazing. The oat mean is good for exfoliating which my my skin super smooth and the honey makes the bar almost eatable. I love the smell of this soap. I'll be buying more soaps from SBU soon.
